CHRISTIAN SIMMONS

I am Christian Simmons!

I am a full-stack developer who loves turning ideas into real, usable products. I studied Computer Engineering at San Francisco State and got my start with an Associate’s in Math from Skyline College. Since then, I’ve been building all kinds of web experiences, from polished frontends to sturdy backends, mostly using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. I also have experience with Python, Django, and Selenium.

What keeps me excited about tech is the creative side of it — designing clean interfaces, solving tricky problems, and building things people actually enjoy using. I’ve naturally gravitated toward UI/UX because I care about how things feel just as much as how they work.

Outside of coding, I keep busy with martial arts! I train in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, which helps me stay focused, disciplined, and active. I also produce music, edit photos, play a few instruments, and get in some hiking or gaming when I can.
